AgriCFO

“AgriCFO” is a hands-on, side-by-side support program that serves as a financial advisor for individual farmers and agricultural corporations. Instead of hiring a full-time finance director—often costing several hundred thousand yen per month—you can use an outsourced CFO service only as needed, starting from about two hours per month, with support provided by an agricultural management consultant.

Support steps are flexibly optimized to fit each operation’s management situation. This is not a bookkeeping or tax filing agency service; rather, it develops managerial accounting skills so that business owners themselves can read the numbers and take action.

  • Profile of the representative: Kei NAKANO

    Graduated from the Faculty of Letters, The University of Tokyo.
    Completed the Master’s Program in Multidisciplinary Sciences, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, The University of Tokyo.
    Received the Ikko Memorial Award, which is presented to the top student in the program, for his master’s thesis.

    After working in overseas sales at a multinational seed company and then as a consultant/manager at a management consulting firm, he founded Ikkei LLC in Fukui, where he relocated.

    During his time in the seed industry, he expanded his agricultural expertise across North and South America, Europe, and Oceania, building extensive international agribusiness experience.
    Leveraging his deep understanding of Japan’s agricultural industry structure and the network he developed through domestic farm management consulting, he provides sales and marketing support to overseas agricultural corporations and agri-related companies seeking to establish distribution channels in Japan.
